Wellbeing Activities
A wide range of activities
Along with our person-centred therapeutic offerings, the young people in our care also benefit from various activities and the opportunity to pursue hobbies and interests. Because each young person is different, we actively encourage individuals to participate in activities that are important or interesting to them within their bespoke care package.
Activities can range from helping young people pass their driving tests to helping them become involved in sports teams and outdoor pursuits and enabling them to learn various trades, such as mechanics.
Encouraging our young people to pursue activities and hobbies that are meaningful to them also helps to build their independence, social skills and resilience. It paves the way towards a healthy and fulfilling future.

Wellbeing Activities
As well as specialist therapy, we also offer access to a range of wellbeing activities as part of our support programmes. These may include:
-
Yoga, Tai Chi and Shiatsu classes
-
Meditation and relaxation classes
-
Acupuncture
-
Exercise classes and groups
-
Community-based trips and activities
Family Involvement
We recognise that separation, exploitation, missing spells and behaviour issues can also have a significant impact on your family and loved ones. That’s why we encourage young people's family to be involved in their young persons stay and journey as much as possible. We welcome visitors & invite family members to join family therapy and support groups.
